Classic soft yeast Pilsner aroma. Sharp straw yellow color with mild bright white head that fades quick. Sharp bitter start that fades to a clean refreshing finish. A worthy representative of the style.

English: The Brauherren Pils of Einbeck is a refreshing Pilsener with a strong taste of bitterness and light taste of green hops. The beer really good suites the summer and it is really good against thirsty feelings. Brewed at the same brewery of the fames Bock Beer. Worth every penny. Contains hop, hop extract and malts. Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a crystal clear light golden color with a small white head. The aroma is a mild hop scent with some grass or grain added. The taste is a rather big hop flavor with some citrus and salt added. A good Pils.

On tap. This beer pours a very clear golden yellow with a white head. The aroma is of sweet malt and a bit of floral hops. The taste is clean. It starts off malty and finishes with a nice hop touch. Compared to all the boring, uniform tasting German Pilseners out there, this is a cut above. This is an excellent example of a modern German Pilsener.

Gotta love how they serve it at Thinking Man - in a ceramic mug, almost a stein. Or does this qualify? Pours clear golden with a nice ivory head. Aroma is crisp, malty, fruity, band strong for a pils. Crisp, vmalty flavor has pear, apple and hoppy notes - an enjoyable brew. Mouthfeel features firm body and firm, persistent fizz. Prost!

Green bottle.. Straw gold, 1" head of foam, great lacing. Grainy-corny nose with noticeable hop bitterness, typical aroma you get from a green bottle=light struck but not severely. The hops are bitter, grassy. The malt is sweetish, grainy. The beer is more bitter than sweet. Should be an achieves that. On the high end of light bodied, perfect carbonation. The brewery makes some tasty brews and this is no exception. Reasonably priced too. I like.
