Pours out a pale gold with a nice little white head which is fairly persistant. Nose is very delicate, yeasty & very doughy. This dough flavour is the prominant flavour of the beer both in the body & the finish. The body is a little thin & acidic so you get a nip of fizz & acidity half way through which is a shame. The finish is a touch vegetal as well. I end up feeling underwhelmed really, if the conditioning & balance was tweaked it would be better but it would still be only an average little lager.

Quack-Duck (7959) - Down South, GERMANY - JAN 18, 2010
bottle, kindly delivered by pivnizub! Clear yellow colour, large white head. Malty, slightly hoppy, rather mild and very shy flavours. The hops seem a bit rough, though. Not bad, but not enough character.

Maria (10176) - Thisted, DENMARK - DEC 6, 2009
It’s light golden with a green hue and a white head. The aroma has notes of light cabbage, malt and light flower. The flavor is light to moderately sweet with notes of malt, light cabbage and a little flowers and a dry finish. Not very inspiring.

Bottle. Corn and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Syrupy sweet barley malt and moderate bitter hops flavor. Not great - too sweet with not enough malt flavor.

Clear botle. Subdued corny aroma. Pale golden, low head. Watery, balanced nothingness. Doesnt taste bad, but why bother, I’d rather drink water instead.

BNottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice pale lager.

TaxiDriver (1472) - Stadland, GERMANY - APR 2, 2009
Bottle. A light malty aroma, a little bit sour smell of hops. The head is small, white and creamy-foamy with a short duration. The body is clear and yellow. The taste is quite weak, only light malty with a short duration. The texture is creamy, with a flat carbonation and a rather light body. A boring beer.

Ungstrup (29493) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2008
Bottled. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of dust and bread. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of bread, straw, and dusty hops.
