Pours light yellow from bottle with minimal head. Grassy aroma. Tastes sweet, syrupy, notes of anise, hops are noticeably present at end. Thick, warm alcoholic mouthfeel. Overall nice maibock, good for sipping or after dinner.

Hoppy grass aroma, some caramalts as well. Taste is a herbal bitterness. Medium body. Not much more to say.

Pours nice clear orange amber color, medium, not lasting head. Aroma and taste is weak. Some caramel malt. A bit watery, slight bitter finish of hops and alcohol.

Copper, clear beer with small head disapearing fast. Not that hoppy, medium body. Not bad but there are better maibocks

Light amber clear with a small bit dark white head. Smells of malts, biscuits, bread with a light floral, grassy note. Bit lively and a bit slick; medium body. At first malty sweet then a light hop bitterness with a medium finish. Can drink another one.

Bottle. Clear pale body with low white head. Aroma is malty, hay, bread like. Taste has medium to high earthy bitterness that is followed by sublime malty sweetness. Nice balance. Body is full, high carbonation.

Bottle shared at Christ’s post GBBF minidig 16/08/2014. Lower saxony tick. Clear golden, light orange coloured pour with a light white head. Aroma is corn, stale, slightly skunky hop and a touch of diacetyl. Flavour is corn, light honey, some mineral, hop leaf. Palate is medium sweet, lowish carbonation. Not a fan.
