Einbecker Spezial is the slightly spicy export beer from the historic Einbecker Brauhaus. Its high-quality, the slightly spicy taste, and its great digestibility are some of the typical characteristics which are highly regarded by lovers of this unique type of beer.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, vegetable, cardboard, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081219]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a creamy white head. Clean and crisp hops aroma. Mild fruity note in the initial flavour. Light cardboardish malt touch yet soon overtaken by a dry bitterhops flavour. Ends dry and light bitter.

Bottle. Golden in Colour With a big white steady head. Has a weak hoppy smell. You got more of the hops in the taste. But it is not a very bitter taste. Has a little metallic aftertaste. I like the ur-bocks better from this brewery.
