Numerous bottles. This may be the beer I think of when I think of "Bock" beer. I used to have an Einbecker Mirror back in the day but I traded it for a chimay one ’cuz I thought that was cooler at the time. Benny, do you still have that mirror?! lets trade again.

Appearance: Nut brown with a great beige head.
Aroma: Sweet munich malt
Flavor: Malt, raisins, port
Palate: full bodied, moderate carbonation.
Overall: Excellent bock, seems stronger than the 6.5 abv.

La capostipite di tutte le bock! Aroma maltato con note ferrose e un leggero amaro luppolato finale. Appare in un gradevole colore rosso, con poca schiuma poco persistente. Al palato ingresso dolce (come ci si aspetta da una bock) con un carattere caramellato e zuccherino scaldato da una pervenuta dose di alcol. Il dolce è contrastato da una dose leggera di luppolo aromatico. Finale secco. Buona.

Bottle @ Home. Pours amber with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, abit of alcohol. Flavor is rich malts, caramel, brown sugar, light booze. Medium body, soft carbonation, light alcoholic finish. 200213

Bottle from Getränkeland, Hvidovre. Clear brown with a big and lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light nutty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Very soft. 210113

Bottle. Nice big off white but diminishing head on this dark yellow c crystal clear beer. The aroma is a familiar light sweet malt with grassy and citrus notes. The flavor starts with the malty sweetness, goes grassy bitter, but has a metallic end. Mouthfeel is metallic and clingy. Nice change of pace but noteworthy it isn’t.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with plentiful and stable off-white head. Vlear aroma of malt and hops. Pleasant, bitter-sweet taste of malt with hoppy and caramellish notes. Rough aftertaste. Quite OK.

Bottle. Clear amber with a medium head. Aroma is musty malt. Flavour is spiced caramel and some roast dried fruit. Finish is bitter chocolate with some warming.
