Bottle@home, 330ml. Head: white, shrinking. Colour: clear golden. Aroma: grassy hops, malt. Taste: some sweet, medium bitter. Palate: dry, lasting bitter finish, low CO2. Overall: very nice heller bock.

Golden, clear and with a rocky white head. Malty and with a spicy hops aroma. Very refreshing for a Bockbeer.

Bottle. Looks like every other boring yellow lager, but has a lovely aroma of dry grass, biscuity malt and yes, alcohol. Rich bodied with dry peppery hops balancing dry-sweet golden fruit, and a bitter-malty finish. Excellent.

Heller bock with a nice sting. Aroma is a little light, but taste come through with a nice bite. Decent head fades fast, and taste is very malty, right for the style.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, light caramel, light grassy hops. Quite sweet malty flavour, light bitter. Malty finish, grass, light lingering bitterness.

Goldgelb mit reichlich weißem Schaum. Tolle Hopfennote neben der bockigen Malzigkeit im Duft. Im Antrunk geradezu leicht (!) mit erfrischender Hopfennote im Abgang. Das soll ein Bock sein? Sehr erfrischend, wohlbekömmlich und süffig in einem. Das Einbecker Brauhaus ist einfach eine tolle Brauerei. GEIL!!

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, white head. Minimally sweet strawy, grainy and pale malty aroma. Taste is moderately sweet pale malty, slightly strawy, increasing bitter hoppy overtones towards the finish, lasting bitter finish.
