Bottle from MoritzF. Blonde and cloudy. Glue, mandarin and banana. Thirst quencher without much depth. Thinnish. Hint of glue. Uninteresting.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.

Hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana - pineapple - citrus - orange. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110417]

The bottle looks very much like a cheap beer, the beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild, but not washy, yeasty, fruity like apricot, modest sourish. Finish a bit dry-floury, but very drinkable. Surprisingly good!

[bottle] Potent estery aroma with a refreshing balance of lemon, clove, and bubblegum. Murky yellow-orange coverer by a lacy, eternal white foam. Flavour is a balance of sour wheat malt and tingly sweet bubblegum with coriander notes. Refreshing and full of flavour. Just what a weizen should be. Medium body, medium carbonation, sweet herbal finish.

500ml bottle. Poured light yellow with a fizzy white head. Very light banana and yeast notes. Flavor is somewhat alcoholic with some corn flavors and light banana. Watery finish. Not too good.

(50 cl bottle) Shady brown color, big tan head. Hoppy, fruity and banana ester scent. Malty, grainy, metallic and banana taste. Spritzy, but not that much, mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

(bottle) Pours with a clear, pale golden colour, the yeast sticks on the bottom of the bottle, medium-sized foamy white head. More sour, than sweet wheaty aroma with citrus and light clovy notes. Sweet-sour flavour, light to medium body, lively carbonation. Wheaty, sour-fruity taste; slim and sourish-fruity, but quite refreshing finish. Uncommon, but still drinkable discount Weizen.

An unclear light yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus and hops. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of citrus and wheat. A boring Hefeweizen.

Bottled. Hazy yellow coloured. Dense off white head. Dense yeast and banana aroma. Quite sweet and light spiced. Flavour is yeasty, citric, sugary, bananish and has some spiced notes. Medium bodied. Sweetish dry end.

Bottled. Cloudy pale yellow coloured. Banana aroma. Sweet banana and yeast flavour. Classic Hefeweizen.
