Clear light yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread - light, grain, sour malt, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090514]

Bottle from supermarket in Passau. Golden color with small white head. Aroma almost nothing, with hints of malt and grain. Taste, watery, grainy, malty hints. Metal in aftertaste.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head. Hay, bread and paper. Medium to thin body. Dry and short end.

Bottle. Medium gold with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malt. Flavour is malt with some dusty hop in the finish. Palate is dry

At Papsoe’s pre CPH Beer Fest tasting, cheers Henrik! Slightly hazy pale gold beer. Soft palate. Lots of caraway nutty malt but not much else.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of straw and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of metal - I guess from the hops. The body is light.

Bottle, bought @ Riepen, Flensburg.
Pours pale golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma is grainy, malty, sweet, some sugars and maize. Medium carbonation, rather thin and light dryness. Flavour is sweet, some grassy hops notes. Malty, maize, light citric. Not really my thing.

The bottle looks very much like a cheap beer. The beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts malty, a bit grasy-dry, hoppy notes in the background. A bit moldy. Finish mild, modest sourish. Nothing special!

It’s golden with a creamy, white and lasting head. The aroma has notes of grain, flower, straw and malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and light notes of butterscotch and grain, flower, slightly dry straw – it’s very smooth and harmonic.

Nice hay, straw, and crisp malt aroma. Straw appearance and clear, covered by white flannel. Crisp malt flavour with not a lot more except a little alcohol and a nearly assertive bitterness. Typical German Pils. Light body, medium carbonation, slightly bitter, mineral watery finish.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a clear yellow color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a malty touch. This beer smells malty.
