Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, sweet, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. (160308) Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 30, 2007 Bottled. A nutty colored beer with a fast disappearing tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light touch of alcohol. The flavor is lovely sweet with strong notes of caramel and nuts as well as light notes of alcohol leading to a dry bitter finish. Jukkabro (2394), Tampere, Finland Jul 22, 2007 Coppery colored, little yellow head. Strongly lively carbonation. Toffee dominates this aroma with still bockish spices, caramel and fruits, mild alcohol also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is more grainy with obvious alcohol, toffee and chocolate also present.
