Grainy in the nose, but I am not sure if I smelled anything. Nearly brown ale in the colour. Aromas of sweets, caramel, malt and some alcohol. Tastes quite nice and avoiding the Bock-typical alcohol dominance nearly at all. Easy to go when cold drunken, definitely above average.

Clear deep brown colour with steady creamy head and medium to smooth body. Nose of malt. Taste of ripe mild hops, dark grains, sour brown bread, strawberry joghurt, malt and nuts. Hints of strong alcohol and grass. Quite dry finish, but nice to drink.

12,11,10,10,11,10 - 10,40 - 11/2/12

Dry and bitter bock Co es like a strong pilsner. Nice and velvet palate. Yeast Aroma in Thema beginning disappoints a little.

Bottle from Kappldav123, thanks! Deep amber color. Maltaroma with soft caramelly notes. Malty sweetish, grassy soft caramelly flavor. A firm hopbitterness. Good balance, good bock!

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, spicy, some grasy notes. A bit alcoholic, but not too much. Some woody notes. Malty-spicy finish, still strong. Nice bock!

Bottle from Venerables. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Nose is caramel malts, candy sugar, bit of toffee. Flavour is light caramel malts, bit bready, spicy, bit hoppy, slightly alcoholic. Medium bodied. Slightly sweet and bitter finish. Decent enough.
