From a 2l-Siphon. Looks really good. The beer in the glass also. Nicely turbid. Starts very mild. Becomes drier and maltier. Finish a little bit metallically. Very drinkable and good beer!

Bottled. A dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of bread, eggs, and malt, as well as lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw.

Bottle. Murky orange brown with a thin head. Aroma is light malt with some corn. Flavour is sweet malt with a solid bitter finish. Texture is oily.

Frischer Antrunk, extrem aromenreich, ein anfänglich hochschnellendes herbes Aroma wird sofort von einer starken Würzigkeit überlagrt, die ihrerseits sofort der starken Getreidigkeit weichen muss. Dies ist zwar aufeinander abgestimmt, wirkt aber trotzdem etwas pberladen. Ein bitterer Ton kommt auf und bleibt konstant, bis es im Nachgeschmack zu einer leichten Steigerung kommt. Dort ist das Bier tatsächlich etwas wässrig, allerdings kommt bald wieder eine herb-bittere und würzige Note auf. Leckere Mischung, sehr lecker!

Malty aroma of grain and hops.
Malty flavour of hay and hops.
Dry hoppy finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and malty, slight grassy. Crisp hoppy, slight fruity and toasted malt flavoured. Bitter and lingering malt flavoured finish.

Provning hos Papsoe. Ljus lager med vitt skum. Maltig frisk doft, med viss humlekaraktär. Medelfyllig, lätt kryddig lager öl, inte så lång eftersmak. Helt ok.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head leaving a discreet lacework. Malty, lightly caramellish head. Medium body, dry and clean maltiness, a slight fruity and candy-like note with a good and balancing hoppy finish, that isn’t too bitter though. 100511

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - caramel, malty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, light peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110312]
