Gut, einfach gut.

Six-pack. Clear light brown colour with steady head and medium to smooth body. Nose of strong malt. Taste of dark grains, strong alcohol, dark nuts, brown bread, cloves and light roast. Nice and easy to drink, quite quaffable but you must like malty beers to enjoy this one.

Nice aroma and flavor. Slight banana flavor. Solid heller bock. Would buy another one.

Bottle by 09.09.12. Nose is sweet and grainy, light bread crust and toffee. Dulled orange body with a blink-and-you-miss it head. Crisp medium body is metallic with some booze showing, low bitterness and not too sweet. Warms the throat slightly, feeds the bacteria around the teeth, has some honey and earth.

Gut! 8/12/11/12/12/12

Yet another gift from the Mayor of Germany - thank you! Soft, light caramel in the sip - very easy to drink. This is a great Mai-Bock!!!

(bottle) Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a tanned thick foamy head. Moderately sweet cara-malty aroma with bready accents. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready malt-character with caramel, herbal and subtle fruity notes; sweet-bitter cara-malty finish with present herbal hops and a well-covered alcoholic strength. Good. 09.VII.11
