Aug 1, 2007 Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great tasting session] Large beige bubbly head that lasted very long. Nice lacework. Dark mahogany color. Aroma of caramel, fruit, light toasted malt and wheat. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish as well. Quit nice. 27-07-07

Jul 29, 2007 Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, wheat, and light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and wheat as well as a light touch of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Aug 1, 2006 Bottle: Extremely dark amber coloured, medium-sized, stable fluffy tanned head; roast malt and molasses in the nose, covering some fruitiness (raisins, bananas); sweetish flavour with a light (roast-)bitterness; sweet-malty-caramelly finish with a roastmalty bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium bodied. A tasty, rather unusual Weizen, very interesting.............
