Bottled: Light fruity and roasty aroma. Dark brown, creamy, coffee-like head. Black color. Flavor is malty with smoky notes. Light sourly, notes of cloves. CVhocolate and metallic roasted malt componetes in the end. Dry, bitter finish.

Das Bier riecht süß-säuerlich, es ist pechschwarz. Das Bier beginnt zurückhaltend malzig, ab dem Mittelteil schmeckt es schal. Ein wenig hefig vielleicht noch, ansonsten einfach nur abgestanden, auch im Nachgeschmack gibt es keine Besserung. Eins der wenigen verhunzten Enisiedler-Biere. The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also, very dark. Tatses very malty, too malty I think. I don’t really like it.

Bottle. [Courtesy of Papsoe, another great tasting session] Large beige bubbly head that lasted very long. Nice lacework. Dark mahogany color. Aroma of caramel, fruit, light toasted malt and wheat. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish as well. Quit nice. 27-07-07

Bottle. Cloudy orange brown coloured with a beige head. Fruity aroma of prunes and spices. Flavour of prunes, spices and caramel with notes of cardboard.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, wheat, and light notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and wheat as well as a light touch of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy dark brown with an orange hue and a dense, off-white head leaving laces. Aroma of fruit and burned caramel. Medium body, some light fruit notes and again burned caramel. All right but not very wheaty. 270707

Bottled. Hazy dark reddish brown coloured. Slightly yeasty fruity aroma and flavour. Notes of caramel.

Bottle: Extremely dark amber coloured, medium-sized, stable fluffy tanned head; roast malt and molasses in the nose, covering some fruitiness (raisins, bananas); sweetish flavour with a light (roast-)bitterness; sweet-malty-caramelly finish with a roastmalty bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium bodied. A tasty, rather unusual Weizen, very interesting.............

Bottle. Very dark brown with a burgundy shine, big foamy mocha head. Honey roasted almond and ginger aroma. Bready base, light roasted and chocolaty, a bit salty, clove. good body. quick finish.
