American and Bavarian craft come together with the finest Icelandic water to create the Viking version of the Pale Ale, where robust hoppiness meets smooth malty undertones. Cascade hops give it the American character, while Northern Brewer hops add just enough bitterness to make this Ale refreshingly Icelandic.

Toasty caramel aroma, nice a malty. Light hops as well- but misty smells like a pile of grain. Light and refreshing, better cold...well balanced between hops and malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - Easy Pale Ale, rather malty. A bit too watery, not too bitter. No need to ship it all around the world.

330ml Bottle from The Library, Durham, Ł3.50. Deep amber with a moderate, white head. The malts front up the nose with plenty of doughy, bready character, but hop comes through much stronger on the flavour. There are skunky, earthy pine notes in abundance and an overall crisp, refreshing bitterness that makes this an enjoyable beer.

Bottled. Clear amber, lacy and creamy head. Strange berryish (strawberry, raspberry) and creamy toffy aromas. Slightly herbal as well. Malty, sweetish bready/toffy flavors. Slightly herbal, medium strong bitterness. Berryish/ripe fruity flavors on the finish. Soft texture, medium body.

Kurze Review von Untappd: Quite nice, tasty, bitter, dry, bit "lagerig", but not as good as their smoked porter.

From bottle. Pours clear amber with a white head. Aroma is a bit dusty, caramel, grass, light citrus notes. Taste is caramel, dusty, grassy light citrus. Seems quite stale but the bottle doesn’t feature a bottling date, so I don’t know excactly how old it is.

Bottle@home. Light, bit pungent aroma of sweet malts/honey and hops. Copper color with light, natural white head and clear liquid. Medium, bit bitter taste with not so sweet malts and a hint of hops. Some sweetness in the background. Balanced with medium/wide taste spectrum and medium malty and hoppy aftertaste. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, high quality and rich product from simple elements.

Butelka 0,33l zakupiona na Warszawskim Festiwalu Piwa. Kolor złoty, klarowny, piana średnia zbyt szybko znika. Aromat słodowy, cytrusy z nutami alkoholowymi, smak wytrawny łagodny. Goryczka mała, przyjemne w piciu.
