Flaske, 33 cl. Uklar, bleg, ligner nærmest ufiltreret lys æblejuice. Dufter også let af æbler og frugt. Og hvede. Syrlig sød. Let laktisk. Mild mild banan. Blomstersuppe. Den er jeg ikke så vild med.

Poured into tulip. As you pour its white I color and as it settles it becomes a pale lemon color with a pure white head and lace. Aroma is spice and sweet, coriander and cloves with some lemon. A hazy beer with a delicate mouthfeel. Taste is spice and orange turning to lemon in the tail end. I got this to get Iceland marked off but I went back to get more. I am not normally into beers this light in taste but I enjoyed this one.

Reimer96 (1294) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 13, 2014
Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a nice white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of orange, citrus peel, coriander and wheat. Taste is citrus notes, bitter peel, spicy yeast, coriander and some spicy wheat. Has all the qualities of a wit beer and they are in balance but just rather thin. Needs more emphasis of all flavors kicked up a few notches.

Bottled ; Bright yellow/orange like a traditional school bus colour ,with a small white head , The typical characters of the style show up in the nose. Orange peel, coriander , spice, yogut . All of the notes I mentioned lurk on the palate . There is a really nice orange peth texture through out ,juicy . The finish is dry’ish and tart. This has resemblance with St Bernardus Witbier ,maybe less attitude but similar . This beer would drink well with a hot Vindaloo curry .

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, coriander, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, coriander, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Can. This is a thin wit with a hard sour note in the front end. Something went wonky in the brewing.

Bottle bambo door Sheffield. Yellow slight head. Not much aroma. Taste is citrus. Thin body. Really not good. Was drunk very cold.

Bottle from Utobeer, Boro’ Market, London. A hazy yellow coloured pour with a small white head on top. Yeasty, coriander aroma. Tastes similar, yeasty, coriander, orange, spice. Not bad, quite refreshing. My first Icelandic beer.
