courtesy of Mich Gfeller - light hazy blond-golden beer with a little foam left; fair aroma of orange juice and coriander; medium-bodied and sweet; light citric notes with more hints of coriander - ok but simplistic

Pours a well carbonated, very pale, slightly golden color, with a small, bubbly head. Smells of wheat, caramel malts and a metallic copper flaw. Beneath, you can detect a whiff of malt coated flowery hops, which get almost swallowed by the malt foundation as a whole. Has a lively carbonation, while the mouthfeel remains pleasantly soft. The beer drinks fairly easy, while it ends completely watery, with nothing else to it. Tastes of bonbon sweet malts, together with a note of pleasant wood bark, from which flowery hops enter the palate for a short glance. Then the highly metallic carbonation numbes the tongue, ending with ice bonbons and nothing but water. This is close the macro light beers in taste, and definitely inferior to each and every of the dislikeable industrial brewed lager, very disappointing.

Straw colored, filtered. Nice balance of sweetness and hops. Bit of a sour taste from the citrus peel. Overall, an ok white ale.

Taste from a bottle @ a friend’s place. Pours clear pale golden with a high head. Aroma is sour malts with some orange zest. A bit like a lambic. Flavor is sour malts, orange zest, some yeast and some hops. Strange wit, but not bad.

Aroma is soft spicy with the wheat shining through drenched in citrus like tones. Taste is at first that "hollow" wheat taste, but really soon the bitterness kicks in from the orange peels, which make this one somewhere between "good" and "great". Not that much of coriander in here, which is good in my book.

0,33 l bottle from Brause Syndikat, BI. Pale golden and a little bit unclear in the glass, small white steady head. Coriander, yeast and a little bit wheat on the nose. Taste starts with some citrus, coriander and malt in the second row. Smooth, little bit thin but refreshing. High carbonated.
