Bottle from Myvatn Nature Baths in Iceland. Pours a very pale straw yellow with a thick, generous white head that is long lasting. Aroma is delightful with orange squash, coriander and grapefruit. Other citrus aromas are subtle. Taste is more grapefruit than orange with a herb like undertone. Slight spice bitterness and very gentle sweetness combined with a clean crisp finish make this a fantastic light witbeer.

Poured from a bottle at a pizza shop in Iceland. Very smooth, pleasant citrus aroma with hints of coriander. Incredible lacing, satisfying medium body. Balanced just right. Best white ale I have tasted. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy champagne yellow color with small white foam. Aromas of fruits, slight hints of cider followed by notes of citrus, lemonade and light hops (strange but interesting?) Palate, medium body with thicker texture that turns lighter as it goes down leaving champagne-y finish. Taste is slwwet and light of sparkling wine/cider with notes of orange and citrus. Overall, definatly interesting, even thoguh heavier body and texture still rather easy flowing, just rather simple in taste but not usual either.

Bottle shared (shameful country tick). Refreshing but heading in orange radler territory, viking’s bluemoon :)

Aus der Flasche getrunken (aus einer Händlerlieferung). Sehr dünn im Geschmack und der gesamten Erscheinung. Zuviel Gletscherwasser drin?

12oz goblet at Olstofa pours a hazy gold with some soft, sticky white head. Nose is lightly estery, mild banana and bubblegum, some straw, lemon, curacao orange. Flavor is sweet with orange and light chewed bubblegum, wheat chaff, some straw, a little lemon, mild coriander seed. Finishes dry. Not bad for the style.

Pours hazy faint yellow with minimal head. Aroma is coriander, light lemon zest. Light bitter, high carbonation. Somewhat refreshing, but far from stellar.

Hazy yellow pour with a thin white head and good lacing. The aroma has some spice and mild citrus. It has a light body with slightly watery texture and lively carbonation. The taste is bittersweet with a tingly, quick finish.

On draft at the Goat. Pours the usual color with a normal head, subsides a bit on the quick side for a Wit. Aroma more of spices, coriander especially, then some citrus. Flavor with spices at the front then the wheaty and orangey flavors, touch of herbal and lemony flavors in the finish. Thin on body and moderate on carbonation. Refreshing summer brew, but not a star of the White Ale class. Decent.
