Bottle from Myvatn Nature Baths in Iceland. Pours a very pale straw yellow with a thick, generous white head that is long lasting. Aroma is delightful with orange squash, coriander and grapefruit. Other citrus aromas are subtle. Taste is more grapefruit than orange with a herb like undertone. Slight spice bitterness and very gentle sweetness combined with a clean crisp finish make this a fantastic light witbeer.

Pleasant subtle brew- Run of the mill whit aroma, pale yellow pour, medium head. Flavor is smoother less intense blue moon - more enjoyable - Orange peel evident but not overdone.

Bottle. Clear pale golden in color with a white head. Light coriander spicy and sweet fruity notes in aroma. Bit chewy mouthfeel. Wheat, orange peel, light spicy and mild grassy bitter notes in taste. Seems pretty well balanced, a refreshing brew on the whole.

33 cl, bottled. Pours slightly cloudy pale yellow with a pleasant white head. Aroma: Fruity, oranges, notes of spices. Taste: Wheat, black tea, oranges. Palate: Medium-light body, some carbonation. Tea-like aftertaste, probably from coriander. Nice and relaxing witbier. I like it.
