3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Refrigerated 12 oz. bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours pale hazy yellow with medium white head which dissapates quickly. Coriander aroma, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is coriander, orange peel, and rich lemon malt. A little too much coriander for me, but still a quality brew.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle at K-Bar in Reykjavik. Hazed pale white with a short head. Coriander and chamomile-forward aroma crosses over into perfume / potpourri / bath soap territory. Lightly tart, low bitterness, some wheat creaminess. There are no noticeable flaws because it’s hard to notice anything but the coriander / cilantro soap character.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Pale gold. Cloudy. Very light white head that dissipates. All spice and funky yeast. Citrus and orange blossom. Slight sulphide. Dry. Not bitterness or sourness. Palate has huge spice and floral lift. Wonderful flavor but the nose is just funky.
Good have been a very good beer with better head and aromas.
