Bottle from Whole Foods. Pours hazy golden with white head and a lot of carbonation. Nose is great; big lime, white pepper, coriander, pale malt. Tastes very spicy, with white pepper, coriander, basil, pale malt, lime, and a crisp finish. This is an excellent white ale.

Bottle, 330ml, bottle conditioned. Hazy straw colour with a small head. Aroma of fresh citrus and wheat. Flavour is lime, a little wheat, some sherbet and the faintest hint of coriander in the finish. Moderate carbonation. Not much like a Wit, but pleasant enough.

Pours light golden, cloudy from yeast. Elegant white head with decent lacing. Aroma is very delicate, coriander but not as conspicuous as I had expected. Nice balance of flavors, tangy spicy late. Smooth body, expected more mouthfeel. Very tame but drinkable, good to start an evening of beer tasting! Compare with Allagash white. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
