Cold bottle. Very pale - like a white wine. Smells like bubblegum, lemon, medicinal. Taste is very watery with a bit of citrus, fair amount of carbonation and a slightly bitter aftertaste like a lager. Very refreshing - would be nice in the height of summer. Nothing exciting though.

Pours hazy golden straw color with a pillowy 1-finger white head. Mild aroma of orange, with a touch of a spice note. Body is light and just a touch oily, with a mildly dry finish. Orangey-citrus flavor with a mild spice note underneath. An earthy yeast note at the back with some lingering orange oil.

A small head on pouring, looks like most white beers. The flavour isnt as strong as many others though, this is much more subtle. Thats not to say that it isn’t drinkable though, its perfectly pleasant as a quick drink with friends.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow body with a small white head. Nose is pork sausage, coriander, cabbage, straw and hints of orange peel. Weird. Taste is coriander, mineral salts, sweet orange tones and hints of straw and wheat. Medium body, medium to high carbonation. Strange "dinner aroma" of this one, otherwise a highly mundane wit from Einstök.

This kinda reminded me of the original Celis White. Lots of perfumy spice notes, nicely light bodied, and plenty of fruity smells and flavors. Some nice yeasty flavors, as well. Very enjoyable...

20.11.2014, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Small creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh spiced, coriander, grass, lemongrass, yeast, citrus peel, hay, wheat, soda powder. Taste is slightly dry, wheat, hay, yeast, lemongrass, grass, soap, coriander, citrus peel. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel. Boring.

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2014 330 ml. bf 18 Mar 15. Pale cloudy yellow-golden with nice legs supporting a lasting disc of foam. Nose is citrus SweeTart candy, coriander and hints of bubblegum and toast. Taste is all perfume, orange peel and mineral, with no hint of the bubblegum yeast or wheat malt. Light body is mildly astringent and out of balance. The second worst of 57 Witbiers I’ve rated.

Pours hazy straw with a finger of head. Nose is lemony, grain, orange peel. Taste matches nose, spices, citrus notes, very crisp and light. Solid wit

Draft. Cloudy yellow. Yeasty aroma. Light sweet lemon taste with orange and a touch of coriander spice. Reminds a lot of blue moon in every aspect. Clean finish. Overall, Ok.
