Amber colored, almost no head, not much lacing or retention. Although, this was a ’glass’ sample at a bar so I’m gonna let that slide. There was still carbonation, etc etc. Aroma is very fruity, somewhat yeasty and I’m even getting a little bit of smoke. Medium bodied, quite sweet, very enjoyable.

Jul 4, 2008 Thanks to BDR. Copper color with a large head. Dusty hop aroma and fairly earthy. Caramel malt flavor. Big caramel. Lots of yeast and dry Noble hop. Spicy. Dry finish. Lovely.

Jun 26, 2008 Bottled at Papsoes Blind tasting 19th. June 2008 no 10: Golden coloured. Very unclear. Off white head. Wheat and yeast in the aroma. Some fruits notable. Flavour of wheat, brett, smoke and yeast. Some fruity notes. Medium bodied. Dry. Alcohol and some sweetness in the end.

Cloudy golden coloured with a huge white head.
Fruity aroma of barnyard, brett, spices and yeast.
Sweet and fruity flavour of brett and alcohol with notes of spices and smoke.

Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Papsoes MadsBerg homecoming blindtasting, bottle #10. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild yeasty and light spiced aroma. Flavour is sweet malty with a light rubbery/smoked flavour. Solid citric sweet flavour following. Mild yeasty note lurking through. Ends mellow yeasty and citric. Light bitter flavour into the finish.

Jun 19, 2008 Updated: Jun 23, 2008Needed a wrench to pull the cork. Once the cork pops the ale explodes and spews volcanically a deep amber into a flute. Had to cap to keep from gushing as it sat. Medium sized head receded to skim surface. Sweet pit fruit from front to back with a lasting alcohol finish. Heavily carbonated, but refreshing palate. Lots of floaties toward the end of the bottle.
