COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eisenbahn’s South American Pale Ale is well-balanced, with sweet wholesome malt, and earthy complexity, and a uniquely spicy aroma that results from a special, and secret, blend of Old and New World hops.

Bottle. Again, long time since I’ve drunk this ale, but I remember pretty much of its strong aroma and good flavour. Very nice beer.

pours a med/small bright white head, retention is fair, lace is minimal. Clear, light gold color. First whiff is banannas, light flowery notes with a faint maltines. Body is pretty light, clean palate, damn near crisp! Lightly toasty pale malts, a touch of honey and a light fruitiness. Not picking up on much hop flavor though, maybe a touch grassy. Dry, lightly fruity finish. An easy drinkin PA but at this price i can do much better, cheaper.

Light golden color with a taller, lasting off-white head. Lightly toasted malt and dry grass aromas. Hints of sweet citrus. Nothing too exciting. Dry honey and biscuit flavors. Floor malt tastes with a mild honey linger. A boring pale ale in my book. Hints of things here and there, just nothing that shines through.

Amber color. Some malt aroma. Decent body structure, light malt flavor, stronger caramel; very light herbal touch; croddover between a Belgian Ale and an Amber Ale (about the yest, which is quite perfumy). Good bitterness level (rare in Brazil). Not bad.

In the bottle from Beertopia. Pours amber with a large yellowish head of great retention. Medium hop citrus aroma that does not go into the stratosphere of hophead delight, but does let you know that they tried. Drank this in the hot tub, so I likely enjoyed it more than I should have. Good maltiness that has a mild bittering balance. OK, but not great.

Slightly floral aroma which left some spice in the nose. Seemed to be malt behind it. Copper tinged gold color with a white head that ran away. Medium bodied. Quite a bit of carbonation. Some sort of earthiness, along with a spice bite. The finish was bitter enough, and there was some sort of floral/herby aspect. It is really quite good. It feels well and tastes well. It reminds a bit of Mateveza from Butte Creek.

Not like any APA I’ve had. Aroma of dirt and some hops. Pour was a light brown with no head. Taste was like carbonated Iced tea with orange and or lemon in it. No hops but some malt in the aftertaste.

Ha, I love the name, South American Pale Ale. The body is medium gold with a large white head. The aroma is sickly sweet with oranges and mint. There is also a medicinal note. The taste has some light hints of orange peels along with some fresh herbs. There is a definite grassy note. The body is thin and lightly carbonated. I would consider this more like a relatively highly hopped golden ale than an APA.

Bottle. A copper color with a big foamy white head. A nice minty and straw hop aroma with orange and citrus. A hay and floral flavor with a light cardboard finish.

Very Nice beer. I bought a Little Bootle with 355ml. The color is transparent and looks like a Belgian Pale. Aroma forte e sabor adocicado, lembra muito as cervejas belgas.
