COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eisenbahn’s South American Pale Ale is well-balanced, with sweet wholesome malt, and earthy complexity, and a uniquely spicy aroma that results from a special, and secret, blend of Old and New World hops.

Not very american pale ale like, very belgian in flavor and aroma. Very estery, bready, citrus, banana, corriander, and plum. Highly carbonated with a crisp finish. Nice refreshing light belgian pale, nothing like an american pale. Pours light amber, very clear, with a thin white head. Bitter finish without much hop character.

Deliciosa e refrescante Pale Ale catarinense, melhor ainda quando tomada na pressão, e em Santa Catarina, bem fesca. Sabor de malte é muito bom !

Bouteille 355 ml bue à Sao Paulo. Couleur blonde paille, mousse blanche. Arôme de levure et grains. En bouche, levures belges, épices, malt. Finale agrumes de levures. Bonne.

Poured a clear golden color with a decent head Earthy and bready aroma. Dough notes but astringent taste. Interesting, but not a good beer.

Retrogosto levemente amargo. Coloração turva.

330 ml brown bottle at Herr Brauer. Pours a deep amber color with lasting white head of fine bubbles. Slight hoppy aroma (a nice find in Brazil). Medium body with a slightly sweet hoppy flavor balance. Grassy hop bitterness takes a little getting used to. Overall, an OKAY local pale ale.

35cl bottle from Alphaville, SP, 4.8%. Dark gold to light orange color, clear, offwhite head. On the nose something strange and spicy. Aroma is a bit malty with a caramellish attitude, then teabag and nutmeg, a bit metallic with some aggressive hops and a remainder of yeast. Teabag bitterness and some harshness, light bodied, carbonated, short dry finish. Didn’t like it very much to be honest, unrefined and weird.

A tasty beer. Taste and fruity aromas with a slightly bitter end. It takes the brand quality.

Altamente carbonatada e retrogosto amargo nem um pouco agradável, dando a impressão de ser "indigesta". Muito enjoativa. Desequilibramente amarga, com nenhuma sensação de "Ah... que bela cerveja! Vou pegar outra garrafa!". Definitivamente não.

First off this beer has got to be better fresh.
A:crystal malts, touch earthy/herbal hops
T:same as aroma
Even with the beer not being fresh it was not bad. It could be a really good pale ale fresh, I will try again if I can get a fresh example... maybe in Brazil?
