Nov 27, 2008 12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a minimal off-white head. Slight chemical and roasted malty aroma, gains a bit after the first impression. Light spiced flavour with a sweet roasted caramel malty flavoured. Light acidic note and mild bitterness into the finish.

Jun 22, 2008 Bottled, thanks Crosling! Hazy reddish amber,small creamy head. Estery raspberry aroma. Medium bodied and lightly caramelly. Mildly warming with toffee and berries. Great stuff! Possibly the most well balanced weizenbock I’ve tasted from America.

Unclear hazy medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, vintage malt notes, moderate yeasty, banana, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20090321]

Mar 24, 2009 Bottle, 8%. OK caramelly and yeasty aroma, hint of plastic. Cloudy dark brown colour. The flavour is nicely malty with some yeast and a good sweet vinousness. Good Weizenbock flavour, but a bit thin considering ABV.
