pequena aparência de sua alva espuma, que apresenta reduzida longevidade e moderada formação de colarinho. Seu corpo âmbar apresenta densidade rala e é claro. O instigante aroma é formado por notas de caramelo, grama, xarope de borbo e álcool. Seu principal quesito, no entanto, é o sabor. Moderadamente doce no início, apresenta leves doçura e amargor no final, este de média duração. O paladar, também acima da média, é composto de um corpo médio, de textura oleosa, carbonatação suave e final metálico. Em alguns lotes percebi certas semelhanças entre seu paladar e o da Bohemia Confraria, principalmente no tocante ao balanço doçura/amargor de ambas - com o exemplar da Ambev, obviamente, perdendo em qualidade.

Cerveja especial de natal da Sudbrack - Grãos defumados, sabor característico da cerveja. Aveludada e encorpada. Amargor pronunciado, o que dá uma boa característica. Notas de especiaras - cravo. Espuma ambar e presente, coloração caramelo. Cheiro de especiarias e frutado, bom.

Bottle. AMBER COLOR WITH A NICE BEIGE HEAD, but gon quicly. Note of cinnamon and wood fruity aroma, flavor is bitter and alcohol perception and high carboantion. Mouth feel is nice balanced Sweety and bitter. Good one! Cerveja de cor âmbar e com uma espuma densa que some rápido. Aroma frutado, com notas de cravo e canela, sabor amargo e percebe-se o álcool e a alta carbonação. Retrogosto balnceado entre o amargo e adocicado.

Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet malty and wood. Taste is also malty. Hops and vegetal. Some biterness in the end.

Bem interessante. No rótulo diz que é a cerveja de Natal da Eisenbahn. Espuma clara, cremosa e persistente. O aroma é o melhor dessa loirinha. Frutado, com cravo e frutas cristalizadas. Infelizmente, o paladar não acompanha o olfato, uma pena. Carbonatada demais, não deixa desprender os sabores que tem, dando a impressão de uma cerveja fraca. Tendo a acreditar que é fraca mesmo... Senti nozes e leve sugestão de frutas cristalizadas, e só. A julgar pelo aroma, merecia ser bem mais complexa.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2008 Amarga, com notas predominantes de malte. Há também cravo e canela. Coloração âmbar. Carbonatada. Creme moderado. Bom aroma de malte. Contudo, falta corpo e um melhor balanceamento. Servir não tão gelada.

Seasonal beer from Blumenau. Orange color with a clear-beige medium head. Fruity aroma with malt and grassy notes. Sweet taste with nuts and fruits, also some hops. Good, but very sweet aftertaste.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2007 (Batch 1 2006) I drank this one 3 days after bottling. Beautiful amber/orange color with huge head, but not very lasting. Strong dry fruity aroma with malt and hops. Complex flavour of fruits with hints of nuts. Nice balance between sweet and bitter flavours. Nice aftertaste of prunes in the sides of the tongue. The mouthfeel is chewy. A very nice seasonal beer. I am always looking forward to it. This years seems a little bit different from the previous, maybe it’s too young? Re-rate: Now I think it is very good again. It needs some months to really get there.

Nice amber color with a clear orange shin and a small fluffy airy beige head. Fine aroma’s of malts, nuts, birchwood, accacia, faint touche of peache and grassy accents. Refreshing nutty taste with touch of wallnut-skin, Reine Claude prunes and some vegetal bitterness of hops and sage. The ballance between the fruits, the bitterness and the freshness of this beer is outstanding. It ends with a mild bitterness of nut peal.
