Bottle at home thanks to the bosses. Alround rating: Moderatly wheaty character, hops are slightly lemon and herbal, pale malt is steady all the way through. Faily easy to drink.

Pale amber pour, darker than you’d expect for the style. Nice head, but lacking in persistence. A huge wheaty/doughy aroma, with the sweetness of apples and apricots. Some banana in the background. Amazingly refreshing. Very slight skunk. Taste is of wheat and sourdough bread, hints of sweet alcohol (white wine comes to mind) yet still has a rather dry finish. Lacking in banana and clove notes, and the clinging weak bitterness was a bit of a turn-off. A tad weak-bodied, with little carbonation. Was awesomely refreshing after an intensely tiring day at uni (had to go to all of one lecture!).

...bottle. Poured a slightly cloudy light orange, I could only get a small white head out of it that wasn’t lasting. On the nose was mainly bubblegum, with some wheat notes. Flavors were bubblegum, corn, and slight wheat. Seemed light bodied,, and over carbonated. Finished dry with a weird Brazillian water aftertaste. Not bad, but definitely not worth the price, oh well I didn’t have high hopes for a Brazillian Weizen.

This is only my third beer from this brewery but so far it has been the pick of the bunch. Not a big fan of wheatbeers but this went down a treat, soft cloves and banana balanced with a light body.
