UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 16.02.2013, tap @ Bølgen & Moi Bergen:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh, wheat, hops, citrus peel, grass, grapefruit, pepper, hints of soap and wet cardboard. Taste is slightly fresh and dry, wheat, hops, citrus peel, hay, grass, citrus, coriander, grain. Medium to longlasting bitterness. Fair enough.

On tap @ Bølgen & Moi. This is a heavy hazy deep orange one with a nice heavy lacing off-white head. Nice aroma. Surprisingly citrus-like with a good sweet fruitiness. Almost like apricots and fresh cut grass. Not to wheat really, but definitely nice enough. It’s about average on the carbonation and the mouthfeel is soft oily. Quite a bit dryer in the taste than I had imagined, some candy sweetness, "Dole" banana, spices and traces of whet. Somewhat fresh, dry and sweet all in once. The best I’ve had from these guys so far. 22.02.2013

On tap @ Bølgen & Moi, Bergen. Pours a cloudy orange body with a medium creamy white head. Nose is clove, faint banana and fruity yeast tones. Taste is dry grassy hops up front, soapy citric notes with hints of citrus, pine and resin. Well-rounded, sweet fruity Belgian yeast finish with lingering grassy hop aftertaste. Full body, sparkling carbonation. A very refreshing wheat beer somewhere in the middle of a wit and a weizen, with a healthy dose of hops. I like it a lot, and the food pairing possibilities should be manifold.
