COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Original recipe: India Pale Ale. Malts: Pale Ale, Carahell Hops: Perle, East Kent Golding, Cascade. Powerful hopping, hints of citrus, bitter flavour, straw yellow colour.

On tap at the brewpub. The brewer calls this an IPA, but it tastes more like a modern English Golden Ale or Bitter. Golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate but nice hoppy aroma, citrussy notes. Pleasant flavour, refreshing, moderate but nice bitterness.

Sparkling and hazy golden with a short lived tanned head leaving a rim. Dry hopped characteristics to the aroma. Citrus and sweet ripe fruit. Sweet and bitter flavors with yeast and fruit notes present. Medium bodied gentle to flat carbonation. Watery texture but with a dry finish with some acidity present.
