Eyes: Clear amber color.Medium head, retained on the side of the glass. Mouth: A good combination of sugarl and grain. Some hoppy and bread flavoring. is balanced creamy and balanced. Nouse: Very balanced beer, mildly strong, floral hops... sweet malt.

Faint sweet roasted malt nose – like a nice piece of toast. Deep orangy-gold color and an OK head, but it didn’t stick around as long as would have liked. Nutty tones in the flavor and light metallic dry finish that is not very bitter. Clean palette, great balance and a full mouth feel. Wonderful, classy brew. Sophisticated, but not complex.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, toasted, malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101211]

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish aroma of malt, flowers and even some alcohol. Medium body, sweetish and very malty with a lightly bitter finish also with some alcohol presence. 111207

Bottle: Deep golden, big fluffy white head; honeyish-malty nose with a distinctive touch of aromatic hops; light to medium bodied, moderate sweetish-bitter flavour; alcoholic aromas in the short, shy sweet-bitter finish. O.K., but not a great beer..........

Bottle @ Southern/Western Denmark Gathering , Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head and lacings. Grainy and grassy. Very dry. Smooth and medium bodied.

Bottle. Aroma has slight hint of hops. Golden colour, unstable white head. Slightly citric flavour with some alcohol notes. Good mouthfeel.
