(Bottled) Clear, paleish golden with a small, bubbly and quickly vanishing head. Honey-malty, herby and mildly buttery aroma with hints of alcohol. Pale-malty, mildly fruity flavor with a strong metallic breeze in the middle, and no hop bite in the quickly fading, mildly acidic finish. Almost medium-bodied, somewhat acidic, fizzy-carbonated palate. Not my kind of beer: feels sharp, metallic and acidic, although the body is reasonably malty.

Dorqui (1552) - Brescia, ITALY - MAR 10, 2011
Draught at "Ludwig’s Garten Pub" - Brescia.
Golden yellow color, medium bubbly aspect. Limpid and clear with a discreet head. Alcoholic and not much balanced aroma. Notes of dampen cereals and stum. Elevated alcoholic perception, much bitter with a warm and mellow final.

500ml bottle. white head, diminishes fast. very pale yellow-brown color. Aroma is smooth, with sweet malts and banana. Palate is light, with low to medium carbonate. Very mild flavour, some hops. little bit bitter at the end. Good for hot summer day and chinese etc. hot food

FatPhil (6210) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 14, 2008
500ml bottle (alko)
Rich straw colour, scummy head. Slightly biscuitty malty aroma, slightly insipid hops too. A bit fizzy in the mouth. Very bland sub-pilsnery lager. Thin and gutless body. Better than cheap muck, and fortunately devoid of nastiness, but no real bite to the hops either. Just a pale lager.

SilkTork (4736) - Rochester, Kent, United Kingdom, WALES - JUN 24, 2008
500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. A wonderful example of how a Helles is just another name for a pale lager. Golden piss...
