COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A truly great Pils, a little maltier and more ‘Bavarian’ than the rest. The 6-packs are brand new for the American market.

Clean gold color with creamy white head of tiny tight bubbles. Very attractive aroma of hops and malt. Nice lacing. Upfront malt that is sweet and honey. Very easy to drink. Clean hop finish. Great stuff.

Bottle: Pale yellow, very pale and very clear, moderate white foamy head, fairly decent lacing, lively carbonation.   Grassy aroma, slightly sweet and malty.   Musty cardboard on the tongue, semi-sweet grass takes a backseat.   Moderate body, medium mouthfeel.   Not as crisp or clean on the finish as I would have liked, but the musty cardboard is nearly gone.   Decent, but nothing very interesting.

Aroma was like a musty bar ordor. Also abit skunky. Golden body with small head that disipated fairly quickly. The malts gave this beer a sweet flavor and balanced out the bitterness. Decent beer compared to other overly bitter pils I’ve had.

stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 5, 2005
pours a light golden color with a small fizzy white head, aromas of slightly sweet, and earthy, the taste is corn, sweetness, hops are present, id say average beer, maybe slightl above, drinkable.

Not a bad pils, drinkable but a tad sweet. Decent nose. Nice straw color. Nice head that faded some. If it gets a little too warm the sweetness comes out more.

Pour was light gold with fizzy small head. Nose was a little strange, like a "classy" BMC aroma. Taste was bready, grainey, very sweet. And if you let it sit on the tongue for a moment or so it has an actual really nice flavor with that sweetness hitting hard. Refreshing? definitly, good? not bad.

Drew (2411) - Kent, Ohio, USA - JUN 28, 2005
$13 for a mini-keg (5 litres?). Light golden, fairly clear, big soapy head, very little lacing. Aroma is lightly sweet and dusty. Taste was thin, bready malts, sweetening as it warmed, faint dusty hop finish. Easy to drink on a hot day.
