Somewhat thin body. Crisp & clean flavour, lots of bitterness.

Clear gold colour with a small, short lasting, white head. Light fresh hoppy aromas. A typical bitter pils flavour. Light to medium bitter body with clean refreshing bitter finish. My overall impression is probably higher than it deserves due to ambience of awesome German castle where this beer was consumed.

This really is a great pilsner. Edgey and sharp with a strength that belies the smoothness. Strangely reminds you of grape juice.
