COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A truly great Pils, a little maltier and more ‘Bavarian’ than the rest. The 6-packs are brand new for the American market.

Flute pour of nice golden with white clean head. Nose is clean malt with light citrus notes, but faint. Flavor is slightly citrus and great malt notes. Really refreshing and enjoyable.

11.2oz bottle. Clear golden color. Little white head. Minimal lace. Bubbly body. Sweet taste, light skunk. Medium body. Lighter, crisp carbonation. Cleaner finish. Bready aroma, slightly salty, with some hay-like hops. Decent pils.

12oz. bottle, price of $2.49 @ Nikki’s Liquors, Providence, R.I. Crystal clear yellow in color. Perfect carbonation leaves spotty lace down the pilsner glass. Nose is a light grassy hop. Flavor of sweet grain, Saaz hops and some hay. Really clean and crisp finish. Thin body. Aftertaste is sweet and a tad dry. Decent.

This is a fine example of a Bavarian Pilsener. NIce bright golden color, great foam retention, good bitterness and a bit of a hop aroma. NIce and soft and clean, you can drink it by the bucket. This is one of the beers that American microbrewers never get right. One of the finest Pilseners imported from Germany.

EKU Pils has a thin, white head, with big and quickly dissipating bubbles, a mostly clear, bubbly, golden appearance, and no lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet, slightly-turned barley malt (the beer might be old), tangy hops, and cracker. Taste is of the same, with light hop bitterness at the end. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and EKU Pils finishes crisp, refreshing, and mild. Overall, this is a good beer, and I think it’s worth checking out. RJT

Pours a clear golden yellow with lots of carbonation, bubbly white head, and moderate lacing. Aroma of a traditional pils, sweeter malts foward, german middle, muted hops. Taste follows, slight bready quality, clean finish. Decent for the style, just still not a huge fan of that style.

Good stable white head, aroma is fresh and hoppy, taste is grassy with slight citrus notes, constant bitterness in the finish....that´s a matter of taste

Pours a clear straw color with a 2 finger head. More on the nose than most pils - some honey along with the normal pilsner nose of malt. A little more substance than most pils, too, with some bitterness along with the hops. A good pilsner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
