Tart, lemony nose and clean, light head. Clear, yellow color. Dry, spicy character. Pilsners aren't my thing, but this one held my attention and was representative of the style. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Oct 23, 2009 I thought this beer was pretty good for a pilsner. Traditional german taste that was very bland but smooth. Good head and glass presence. Decent beer but there are better German pilsners.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20091016]

Sep 25, 2009 Draught at TND: Faint aroma of slight noble hops, and hints of herbs and pale malt sweetness. Poured pale yellow/straw in color with a large, creamy white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear. Very sparkling. Small lacing. Flavor is lightly bitter. Tastes of grass, light noble hops, and slight Pils malts. Light to medium body. Thin, dry texture. Lively carbonation. Slightly bitter, hop finish is dry.

Aug 14, 2009 bottle into a glass FIRST DRINK-Light yet complex, the aftertaste has a sweetness to it, better than I thought it would be. HALF GLASS- sickly sweet, and starting to lose carbonation. FINISH-Nothing special here.

Rather light golden yellow with a huge fine head. Sweet, malty aroma, quite biscuity. A touch of citrus hops. Slightly metallic flavor, with rich golden malts and decent hoppy finish. Nothing special, but nothing really wrong with it either. Malt ok, hops ok. Drinkable stuff. Decent malty sweetness balanced by bitter finish.

Jul 18, 2009 12 fl oz bottle. Pours clearand yellow with a small white head. Cornish and grassy dry aroma. Light bitter flavoured with a light bitterness. Dry and grassy into the far finish.
