COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A truly great Pils, a little maltier and more ‘Bavarian’ than the rest. The 6-packs are brand new for the American market.

Total Wine & More, Fairfax 330ml: Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is a little sugary, kind of honey notes in there maybe, backed up by the normal pils smells. Taste is a little on the sweet side, with a hint of hop bitterness. Nice and refreshing pilsener, but again, not the world’s most interesting beer.

Can. Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy and malty with some grainy notes. The flavour is malty and light hoppy with notes of grass and hay. Too the sweet side.

Pils in general aren’t my favorite. This very clear beer has a muted sweet aroma. It goes down clean and smooth but leaves me wanting more. Something good to wash down a bratwurst, but not something to savor on its own.

Soft malt and classic Pilsner aroma. Crisp golden yellow with white foamy head. Light bitterness with a dash of sweetness for balance. Clean and crisp finish. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Bottled: Pale yellow with a amazing whitehead that keeps a lacing until the end. Aroma is hoppy and malty. Flavor is hoppy. Notes of herbal and grassy hops, nice bitterness. Dry, medium bitter finish.

A pils of standard lager yellow color. Heady and lively. Lots of straw and some malt in the nose. Slight bitter front with kind of a marzen-malt finish. I’ve had this before, and always think my bottle is past due. Refreshing nonetheless, and not at all dry.

500ml bottle. Very pale clear orangey golden with frothy white head. Earthy bitter hop aroma, fruity and soapy. Relative sweet monotonous taste, decent bitter hop note.

Ar: Grassy, lightly grainy malt. Ap: Golden, crystal clear - large white head with very good retention and beautiful lacing. T: Clean grainy malt with a touch of sweetness up front - medium-low bitterness with some chalky water - finish is a bit spicy. P: Light body with medium-high carbonation - finish is very dry. O: Clean, refreshing, and flavorful pils - really just solid all around.

Good enough for the style, but nothing really going on here. The nose shows a bit of yeast which differentiates this a bit from the rest of the field.
