3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 rodolito (162) - San Diego, USA - JAN 20, 2003
Bottle version imbibed in December 2002. Tart cherry aroma. Poured a reddish amber. Started off tart, then a light cherry sweetness. Faint malt aftertasted. Low carbonation. By far the most enjoyable of their fruit beers.

Drank at brewery on tap. Reddish brown, pleasant cherry aroma. Quite sweet. Distribution issues in Patagonia with bottles.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 TheGrandMaster (2313) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - NOV 7, 2007
Bottle conditioned, a cloudy reddy-brown with a filmy head. An aroma of cooked cherries and bready malt. A very bready flavour, some cherry, but the sweetness is too strong.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 davidpl (435) - Santiago, CHILE - MAY 25, 2007
Appearance: brown reddish color, but not as to me I like. Low to medium head, beige color, medium persistence and density. Good foam.
Aroma: sweet of wild red fruits and main to cherry, toasted sugar and something spicy. Similar to the cassis beer.
Flavor: very sweet with high presence of cherry, sourness of wild red fruits and after taste malted. Low hoppiness.
Palate: medium body and semi-oily. Low carbonation.
Poor fruit beer, but the best from “El Bolson” brewery.
(sorry for my english)
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20 Linc (736) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 20, 2002
Clear, deep red, almost black. Very full head, likewise a very full body. Sweet cherry flavour, without being too sweet, still definately a dessert beer. Very rich and sweet, you’d vomit if you had more than 2 of these!
