COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The cider "El Gaitero Extra" is produced by traditional methods. We select a mixture of asturian cider apples with a great aromatic richness paying attention of organoleptic characteristics. The high quality juice so obtained is transformed after slow fermentation at low temperatures.

Smooth and quite sweetish but fruity start. Not too deep, hints of sourness. Quite sweetish apples without being to tart or fruity. Easy to drink, even a bit too sweetish. Fresh sweetish apple aftertaste, slightly sourish, nice but nothing special.

This is a fine one. Very balanced with a good mixture of sweet and sour. Aromas of ripe apples, bit sour apples, some lemons and maybe pineapple. Good work.

Bottle from Lowenbrau, my Secret Santa - thank you! The cider has got a clear light golden-vanilla colour with a lively body. Aroma of green apples, leaves and biscuits. Taste of ripe, intense apples, light cake, leaves and light oak. Wonderful dry-sweet finish. Very quaffable, enjoyed it a lot.

BOTTLE 75 CL from a supermarket. Quite simple: fermented fruit with a hint of apple vinegar. Quite sweet, somewhat balanced by lots of malic acidity. Mediocre.

Golden coloured and clear. Has a white head, diminishing. Sweet, fruity aroma, ripe apples. Sweet flavor too. Nice apples and light acid and astringent.

750 ml bottle. L3/143. (Carrefour) Almería, Spain.
Clear lively golden colour with a small white head. Apples, dryness and airy notes in the aroma. Not bad. The flavour is dry apples, apple juice, sulphites, mild vomit and mild sweetness. Drinkable. White label one was better.

A little better than its silvery cousin, better and kind of strong aroma to apples, sadly the carbonation is excessive.

On bottle from Eroski, Alcudia. Golden color, good carbonation. Aromas of mature apples- medium intensity. Light / medium body & complexity. Some sourness, also sweetness-well balanced. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2015 75cl bottle. More body than his lighter sisters, subtle tart aromas, hazy bright gold, high carbonated. Enjoyable.
