Bottle, 750ml. Pale yellow, greenish colour. Aroma of sour apple, yeast. Flavour of sour apple, yeast, barnyard. Low carbonation. Pleasant.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Bergen Storsenter. Light yellow-green body with a short-lived crust of a head. Lively carbonation is evident in the glass, though. Aroma is wood, apple juice and mild yeasty tones. Taste is sweet apples, wood, apple cores. A bit one-dimensional, but nice enough. Medium carbonation in the mouth, smooth palate otherwise. An OK cider.

Bottle Light. golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavour is sweet and with acidic apples hints. Sweet finish.

Bottle. Pale golden, fine champagne carbonation. Suptle apple and light barnyard aroma - more refined than the white label cousin, but maybe not as flavourful. Dry apples, a hint pear, light acidity. Fresh sparkly body. Dry finish, apple orchard retronasal.

(Sample at Papsř’s) Pours a pale straw with little off-white head. Aroma a thin, sweet apple with no barrel-notes. Lively carbonation, medium body, watery texture sweet finish. Taste is mostly sweet with apple notes. When it comes to cider my preference is for something a lot more dry and barrel-aged. This one gets too close to Somersby and Herrljunga. I’m even less experienced in rating cider than with beer so my tasting vocabulary might be a bit limited here.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma is crisp fruity, mild citric and light sulphorish. Sweet, crisp apple, light sulphor and light citric. Medium dry and crisp apple fruity finish.

Bottled. A light golden cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of alcohol, apples, and vinegar, leading to tart finish.
