COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This refreshing medium-dry cider displays the characteristic flavour of freshly-pressed Spanish cider apples, naturally sun-ripened in selected local orchards. Enjoy chilled with a ploughman’s lunch, dessert crepes or eastern dishes - or pour over ice for the extra chill factor!

Bottle shared with Lyoli at home in London. Pours clear with almost no color and a quickly fleeting fizzy white head. Has a kind of sweaty apple aroma. Medium sweet with some sugar, mild dankness, some spices. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Sweet, sugary finish, lightly sticky, some artificial sugar, decent ripe apple character. Nothing special, though.

0.75l corked bottle. This one pours a clear thin golden body, the head is really quickly gone, and there is just a tiny tiny white hint of it left on the sides of the glass. Aroma is woody and a little bit of sour - almost bretty-sour actually, some sweet apples as well. It has a average carbonation level with what I would describe as a fizzing texture. On the flavors this one has apples, its a bit out there on the sweet side, definitely not dry, and it’s also quite woody. A bit sweet, but never too sweet. Yeah, started off not to fund of it, but it really grew on me. As mentioned, a somewhat sweet but tasty cider. 27.03.2012

Bottle, bought @ Made In Spain, Esbjerg.
Pours pale golden with a small, fizzy, white head that soon disappears. Aroma is somewhat dusty, green apples, mild sulphuric, some sweetness. High, lively carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, quite sugary. There is a fine, citric, zesty finish to it. Okay.

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and apple core, leading to a tart finish.

330 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a big white head that disappears immediately. Really nice and refreshing apple aroma with some light acidity, oak and a hint of cellar. Flavor is exactly as expected from aroma, refreshing acidic apple, oak and a tiny hunt of sulfur. Lively carbonation and relatively light body, that’s perfect in this case. A great thirst-quencher.
