Characteristic beer from the south of Germany, with the particular and exquisite flavor of malted wheat that concedes an unmaskable haziness thypicall of this beer that homages the unfilterness.

Bottled. Cloudy amber with brief head. Aroma of esters and plastic. Sweet and sulphury with medium body. Ashy with some tobasso smoke. Salty minerally finish. Not the most stylish of wheat beers.

Fukito (611) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - DEC 25, 2006
UPDATED: JAN 27, 2007 Bottle - December 2006. Cloudy yellow-orange color with a big creamy beige head and a vivid carbonatation. Aroma is on the phenolic side, spicy, white bread and some nutmeg. Flavor is tart, fruity, esthery, phenolic, spicy and some bubble gum. Mouthfeel is medium, milky, refreshing and filling. Not bad.
