COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full bodied and noticeably more amber in color than most California IPA. Our flagship IPA is bursting with fruity hop character, balanced well by a rich, silky body. The Simcoe hop makes itʼs distinct presence known with pine and passionfruit notes with Cascade filling in. Itʼs hop aroma is complex and hearty, and is mirrored in the palette. This IPA has a pronounced malt profile with a touch of caramel showing, yet the beer finishes dry. The bigger body gives more of a base for the hop character to grow from, and more to balance.

On tap. Pours with a clear copper body with a small off-white head. Aromas of hops: floral, citrus. Light esters and some caramel bready notes. Flavors are medium bitter with a bitter balance overall. Mostly citrus from the hops with light undertones of earthy and more herbal hops. Some caramel/crystal malt flavors. Medium dry with medium carbonation. Alcohol creeps a little bit for what I was expecting. Pretty good overall.

Draft...at party. Amber capped nicely. Bright pine and citrus hops in the aroma. Smells chewy also. And is chewy but still refreshing at the same time, good body. Some cannabis hop character too. Leaving lingering array of hop bitterness including pine, fir, cannabis. Nice overall.

In a crowded field this stands out. Crisp with clear hop flavors. The bitterness hits then fades off. Pours a pretty orange color. Aroma, like all Blue House brews is strong. Super easy to drink.

A great offering from the new guys in Los Angeles. Very evident use of Simcoe, with huge tropical notes in the nose. A big malt character adds a silky texture but fades to a crisp, dry finish.

Draft. Hazy amber. Nice floral, fruity hop aroma. Lots of bitterness, herbal notes and slight fruitiness. Good balance, very quaffable.
