COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Full bodied and noticeably more amber in color than most California IPA. Our flagship IPA is bursting with fruity hop character, balanced well by a rich, silky body. The Simcoe hop makes itʼs distinct presence known with pine and passionfruit notes with Cascade filling in. Itʼs hop aroma is complex and hearty, and is mirrored in the palette. This IPA has a pronounced malt profile with a touch of caramel showing, yet the beer finishes dry. The bigger body gives more of a base for the hop character to grow from, and more to balance.

A great offering from the new guys in Los Angeles. Very evident use of Simcoe, with huge tropical notes in the nose. A big malt character adds a silky texture but fades to a crisp, dry finish.

Draft - Perfumy and pine on he nose. Clear copper with a great persistent head. Flowery, slight grapefruit and a great malt backbone to balance. More of an east coast style. Finishes with a nice mellow grapefruit. Super IPA.

Dark orange and slightly cloudy. Pine scents and not too hoppy for a California IPA. Very good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

In a crowded field this stands out. Crisp with clear hop flavors. The bitterness hits then fades off. Pours a pretty orange color. Aroma, like all Blue House brews is strong. Super easy to drink.

Tap at Haven in Orange. Freshly tapped keg. Pours a clear golden yellow with white head. Aroma is similar to when I was a kid and our cats would piss on the drapes in the living room. Foul in theory but awesome in this application. Taste is a super balanced citrus and pine explosion. Looking forward to finding this one again.

Draft. Pours orange with a white head. Fruity hops, sweet mango, tropical fruits, some light candy sweetness, and moderate bitterness. Good stuff.

22 oz. bottle. It pours a deep orange/copper color with a nice creamy orange head. The aroma is nice fresh pine and citrus with some candied hop and caramel sweetness. The flavor is full with fruity hops… grapefruit, passionfruit, peach and pine all with a reasonable dose of specialty malt and hints of caramel sweetness. Good strong bitter finish. Really a nice IPA.

Citrus, light caramel aroma. Bitter, a little stale-ish, kind of? Citrus fruit and pepper hop flavor, with dry, light caramel malty flavor. Firm but nice bitterness. Nice mouthfeel; A little "heavy", but not too much. Thanks to Mike...
