COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our pale is firmly bitter, light bodied, with a good aroma and a lively carbonation. It is meant to be immediately drinkable, and approachable for the majority of beer drinkers. We invite the craft beer neophyte to the table and ask him to embrace flavor, bitterness, and aroma. Sure, there is more bitterness and character than a macro-lager, but it still finishes clean and is unquestionably quaffable. The perfect “lawnmower” beer. Nothing fancy, just good, refreshing, Beer.

Pours a pretty orange color. Piney aroma is predominant with a skosh of floral and citrus hiding in there. Good solid bitterness. Almost to the level of IPA. Tastes better a little colder. As it warmed it got a little too harsh for me.

dark in here but looks like light amber. Citrus aroma floats as if resting on a cloud just enough malt to hold the juicy grapefruit hops. Refreshing and tasty

Very nice orange color but not brilliant...unfiltered for sure. A decent foam on pour. Citrusy and piney aroma with slight floral...very pleasing overall. No diacetyl evident. Very evident bitterness like an IPA but most definitely a sessionable beer as the body is not heavy. Esters develop prominence on warming but a pint probably won’t last long enough for this to be an issue. Try to avoid pub glasses to benefit from the aromas present.

On tap (first released batch). Pours with a lightly hazy golden hued body with a large and retentive white head. Aromas of light herbal and slightly floral hops. Light tropical fruit notes as well. Bready malt, light caramel and light esters (that increase as it warms). A faint whiff of diacetyl, but barely threshold for me. Flavor has some light diacetyl as it warms, but it is very light. Medium bitterness, grainy. Light floral hops with a hint of fruitiness. Low alcohol notes. Lively bubbles and dry. A bit of a husky, tannic extraction as it warms. Not bad for a first batch.
