COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is for chocolate lovers. A bit on the sweet side, with a nice dark roasted coffee bitterness to balance. A huge chocolate presence throughout supported by a heady, velvety texture with creamy carbonation.

On tap at Library Ale House. Long lasting head and good lacing, Nice spicy hops, coffee flavors - quite bitter. I liked it.

Pours dark brown. A lot of chocolate notes here and a nice touch of bitterness. As it warms the coffee comes out as well as a minor touch of vanilla.

On tap at Library Alehouse. Pours with a black body and a medium to large tan head that leaves good lace. Aromas are roasty, baked bread, light spicy hop presence, cocoa, some mineral notes, and coffee. Flavors are quite bitter! Lingering roast, hazelnut, bready. Slightly acrid in the roasted qualities. Astringent, full bodied, medium bubbles. Very, very bitter.
