Draft. Amber beer with a cream colored head. Grapefruit and light pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with backing honey. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and pine lingers with honey and light malt. Not overly sweet, but not for someone who wants a dry IPA.

Tap at 16 Tons. Surprisingly pale yellow color with a thick white cap of foam and light lacing. The story of this beer is honey and citrus, citrus and honey. There’s a light bit of biscuit malt in there as well, but mostly the honey and citrus are dominant. Not my favorite melding of flavors ever.
