Rossa aggressiva a cui non dare troppa confidenza. Rivela una personalità intensa e complessa, con un debole per i luppoli americani.
Di colore rosso rubino e dal sentore caramellato, è ben bilanciata da una vagonata di luppolo.

STILE: American IPA

Malti: Pale, Crystal, Chocolate
Luppoli: Columbus, Ahtanum, Centennial

In bottiglia.

Amber orange beer with big white head. Aroma has caramel, fruit candy, mango and gooseberry with some piney hops. Flavor has resinous bitterness and fruits. Palate is thin with medium carbonation and stinging bitterness. Finishes with quite heavy bitterness and resinous dryness. Quite dry IPA, a bit grungish.

Bottled @ de Molen tasting, BB 28 03 2017, small sample. Soft aroma of some citrussy hop, bit grapefruit, quite caramelly and toffee malts. Lacks hop aroma, although it doesnt seem too old. Bit sweet in taste, bit bitter. Taste is quite ok, I like the malty backbone. But the aroma just doesnt match.

Bottle: Served in a shaker: Medium sized creamy white head on top of a hazy amber colored beer. Aromas of hops, hop fruits, citrus, pine, citric, mango, some apricot, etc. etc. Very nice. Flavours of loads of exotic fruits but mild, some nice hop and bitter tones with sprinkles of yeast and soap. Aftertaste is bitter, hoppy, fruity and hints of malt and yeast with a herbal edge. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller bodied and a creamy texture. Hmmm... Balanced and tasty!
