Deep brown/amber color, little fizzy aspect, bulky and resistant head. Fresh caramel and woody notes. Cask and cellar rumors, with little red aged fruits. Realy bitter and moderate alcoholic final.

un IPA dal colore atipico, dal bel profumo di luppolo e agrume. In bocca però non mantiene tutte le promesse che mi aspetto... peccato!

Nebuloso ed intenso color arancio con uno strato mediamente spesso di soffice schiuma bianca. Aroma luppolato con un sottofondo di agrumi, sentori di pompelmo e albicocca; gusto amaro e deciso, asciutto e resinoso con il luppolo a far da padrone, finale leggermente erbaceo e persistente. Corpo medio, effervescenza nella norma, non eccelle in complessità ma è bella intensa e difficile da dimenticare. Buona!

Woh, what an aroma. Classic US IPA, tons of fruity hops, and a metric buttload of caranel! Very interesting in the mouth, lots going on. Fruits and spices fly past at the speed of light, hard to identify, but it’s all happening here. Sticky juicy malts thrashing around like great whites. Zestiness and fleshy fruitiness thrashing around like a drunk ninja. Nice dry wooly finish. Hot pepperiness later on. Very solid IPA, and best of all, this is enormous fun!

Pours dark orange with a small smooth head. Aroma of sweet caramely malts, hints of hops, fruits and toffee. Taste is sweetish and malty with notes of caramel, hops and fruits. Finish is dry, malty and caramely with some fruity notes. Quite malty and caramely IPA.

Draught at Viisi Penniä, Helsinki. Colour is clear dark orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, grape, hops and malts. Nice.

Draught. Pours cloudy dark orange in color with a small whitish head. Light floral and grassy notes in aroma, some hints of bready malts as well. Dry. Perfume and light notes of soap in taste. Bitter aftertaste.

Bottiglia @ casa. Buonissima IPA. colore fuori standard, molto più scuro di quasi tutte le altre. Il luppolo è tanto ma non la rende fastidiosa al palato, ed è una cosa particolare visto si aggira sui 6 gradi. La schiuma è bella, abbastanza stabile. il gusto principale è una sorta di caramellato, ma ci sono parecchie sfumature erbacee.

Head: beige, medium, frothy, diminishing. Color: red-amber, hazy.
Aroma: American aroma hops: pine, grapefruit, and some grapes maybe.
Taste: Bitter throughout with some citrucy fruitiness in the background.
An italian IPA up to american standards.
