Deep brown/amber color, little fizzy aspect, bulky and resistant head. Fresh caramel and woody notes. Cask and cellar rumors, with little red aged fruits. Realy bitter and moderate alcoholic final.

Colore ambrato, velata con schiuma ben presente e persistente. Promette molto, ma poi l?aroma risulta un po? evanescente, poco carismatica. Il gusto mi sembrato piuttosto insoddisfacente, malto e amaro sono poco amalgamati, incapaci di convivere al meglio. Nel complesso bevibile ma forse non molto più in la. Mi ha ricordato la mia prima produzione di una birra da kit, non certo un riferimento di fine birrificazione...

In bottle at Craig’s. Pours an amber brown colour with a thin beige head. Aroma of pine, pineapple, caramel, Belgian yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Mildly bitter with lingering caramel and grassy hops.

Buona, però mi aspettavo molto meglio. Sarà che l’ho bevuta in bottiglie da Bibere e non credo fosse freschissima.

Una buona IPA, luppoli americani non troppo spinti, molto malto. Recentemente comincio ad apprezzare sempre più un corretto equlibrio tra amaro e dolce.

Aroma un po’ deboluccio, sapore anche ma buono, retrogusto abbastanza persinstente ma non come la loro bitter. Si presenta molto bene con un bel colore ambrato, poca shiuma.

Tasted at ItaliaBeerFestival Milan on March 10th. Very nice color, I appreciate the very good taste. I have to say that it’s more an APA than an IPA. But I like it because of the not heavy presence of american hops.

Deep amber with a small head.
Fruity,piney aroma and flavour with some tropical fruits. Some licorice/salmiak in the flavour.
Medium bitterness.

Pour is hazy deep amber. Minimal head. Smelling some Banana and grapefruit. Nose is malty with some hints of hopping, but not much for an IPA. This seems more like an English IPA. Good flavor, it’s sweet for a second but comes through with some well balanced bittersweet. Mouthfeel is smooth, creamy with a small bite at the end, aftertaste is short.
