3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle recommended to me when visiting Johnny’s Off License in Roma round Eastern time in 2012. Shared with Finn. Clear golden-brown body under a rocky, concrete off-white head. Nice lacework to the glassware. Leafy hops on the nose. Fresh fruity taste, mandarin and juicy fruits, subdued malty sweetness beneath. Fruity bitterness to the ending. Smooth and fresh mouth feel. Fine bodied and well made (Tromsø 27.11.2013).

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A reddish brown beer with a beautiful big, clouding and blond head. The nose is nice, tropical and piney, mangos and fructose sweetness, hint of vegetables. Taste is medium bitter, then slightly milder when the sweetness starts to taste, some tropical fruits, pine needles. Medium bodied, high carbonation, more balanced after a while. Quite nice and succesfully Amber Ale with balanced sweetness, still more fruits and freshness would be needed.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Amber pour with a meek white head. Nose of fruity hop and caramel. Quite lively carb. Earthy bitter flavour with some sweet malt and a vague metallic tang which lets it down a tad. Drinkable but no cigar.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Impeccably balanced red ale that to my tastes looks like an excellent premium esp. Good lashings of toffee sweetness, combining wonderfully well with tropical fruit and passionfruit from new world hops.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A bit cloudy orange coloured brew, with a nice big head, that just colapses a bit to quick to stay at around 1cm. Very nice citrus fruits and hops at the smell, that gets back nicely at the taste, but afterall the taste misses a small boost to me, and just a bit to watery. Not bad at all.
