Draught at "Osteria della Birra" - Bergamo (BG).
Light amber brown color, modest bulky head, little bubbly aspect. Much pleasant nose with notes of little burned wood, cortex, barrel, cellar. Not much alcolich but overbanding bitter contet anticipated of an acidulous note. Dried final.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer, tiny white head. Light palate. Nice juicy hops, Orange and generic fruits. Tangerine marmalade. Light dry finish. Really nice fruity pale ale. Very drinkable.

Bottle from Domus Birrae. Nose of minerals, earthy, dry caramel, straw, grass, burnt chocolate. Interesting, and very earthy, dirty, and dry. Deep amber to orange color with a lacy head. Creamy caramel flavor yet very dirty and bitter on a sweet chocolate base. The sweet and oil sense is limited, though, and turns very earthy and dry. Mineral and dirt finish. Fun, weird, and a bit funky. Decent stuff.

Birra molto buona!

Had@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Pale copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is glue, catpissy hops with some mild floral, nectary and fruity hops as well. Flavour is mild acidic bitterness with some mild spicy and sweet maltyness. Balanced, and actually quite pleasant.

Draught at "Osteria della Birra", Bergamo Città Alta (BG). BBE August 2012
Very hazy amber coloured beer with white head. This beer is moderately hopped for a amber ale. Quite close in taste to the brewery’s Grunge IPA, only a bit lighter.
